COVID-19 Update: Due to certain restrictions in shipping policies between Germany and non-EU countries, shipping delays are to be expected. Parcels are shipped via sea-freight which extends the delivery period with about 4 weeks in addition to the original time estimate.
Please make sure you double check your shipping information for any errors or typos before placing an order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is correct. Once and order has been placed it is difficult to make changes.
The Customer is responsible for any handling and custom fees. If an order has to be re-sent due to an incorrect address or failure to pickup from local customs office, the costs will be covered by the Customer.
The creator is not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or unclaimed packages.
All sales are final.
Packaging
Books are shipped in a sturdy cartboard folder with a protective cellophane sleeve. The cartboard folder is recyclable so make sure you dispose of it accordingly. The cellophane sleeve is bio-degradable but please do not let it end up outdoors.
Postcards, stickers and hand made cards are shipped in a standard envelope with a protective cartboard pad inside, along with a plastic sleeve.
Note on hand-made gift cards
Due to the nature of the materials used to create these cards each individual one is unique. Although I have a preset selection of flowers and leaves there is room for variation in color and shape. The type of leaves and flowers used will change periodically and once a certain type of leaf has run out it will take a long time to process new leaves from the same type. They will most likely be replaced with a different type of flower or leaf, hence the periodical change.
Shipping
All product packaging and shipping is handled by the creator so allow 2 to 3 weeks to receive your purchase within the EU and 3 to 6 weeks for all international orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your local customs and postal service.
Shipping costs are influenced by the overall size and weight of the package and are calculated to cover standard shipping withing Germany and EU + international. Tracking number services are expensive, specially for international orders and would result in overcharging, with the amount exceeding the value of your order two fold.
You have the option to " ship with others" when you buy more than 1 item. The second price listed in shipping is the add-on cost for each additional item in an order. Orders will be sent in one single parcel with this option.
For example: you order the book + 2 postcards. Shipping in this case would be 4 Eur for Germany + 0.90 Eur x 2 for the postcards. The highest price tier is unchanged and all other add-on items switch to their " ship with others" price.
